WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?
This depends on the size of the project, however we are well know for our fast turn arounds. Our consultant will advise you of the time frame for your specific project before we start any work.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
We incur significant costs as soon as we start a project therefore 50% of the total amount owing is payable before any work commences. The remaining 50% is payable once the website is live.
HOW MANY CHANGES CAN I MAKE TO YOUR INITIAL DESIGN DRAFT?
As many as you like. We want you to love the work we do. In order to to get the design concept you want from the off, we will discuss a detailed “brief “with you before we start. The more specific your instructions the easier it is to get to the design concept you want.
IS THE DESIGN COPYRIGHT MINE ONCE IT'S GONE LIVE?
Yes, everything is yours once the project is completed and fully paid for.
