What Is Conversion Rate Optimisation?

Conversion Rate Optimisation, or CRO, is the process of improving a website so that more people visiting it will convert into paying customers. This is a continual process of testing and analysis to determine which changes to a website’s design, copy or structure can increase the conversion rate the most.

Why do I need it for my website?

Put simply, you can increase website revenue without increasing traffic.

 

For example if you’re getting 1,000 visitors a month and converting 1% of them, you will have 10 paying customers.
